Apple Pie Filling

Today I spent the whole day trying to get things done around the house and succeeded only in doing 8 to 10 (double-sided) scrapbook pages. This evening I went over to a friends house while Michael went to Boy Scouts at the church. My friend (Raegan), myself, and our friend (Stephanie) canned 32 quarts of apple pie filling in just over 3 hours. Thank goodness for apple corer, peeler, slicer machines or it would have been an all day project!
