A Different Perspective on Fountains

I went out to lunch with a friend and as we were coming out of the restaurant I spotted this cool fountain. There was actually rain dripping down from the umbrella. I have to admit that I never considered combining a statue that didn't have an obvious source of water (water vase, fish, animal spitting, etc.) with water to make an unique fountain such as this. I had to take pictures so I wouldn't forget this unique creation.
