Benjamin loves breakfast. In fact, he love it so much that he is willing to do anything to speed up the process. Since Benjamin is our alarm clock most mornings we have had to figure out a way to turn off the alarm, so to speak. So we started asking him to get out spoons for breakfast and give us a chance to wake up. Over the last several months that has graduated to spoons for everyone (not just Benjamin and Dad), plastic bowls, and cereal, and Benjamin knows who wants a big spoon and who wants a little spoon as well as what kind of bowls to get for Mom and Dad and the kids. I am amazed that our 3 year old can set the breakfast table all by himself. The things he wants to learn and learns how to do amaze me.
