We had a mini Cinco de Mayo celebration at our house. We made sombreros (pictured here), ate nachos, reviewed the Spanish words I know (labeling household items mostly), and discussed why Cinco de Mayo is significant (Mexican Independence Day.) Benjamin and Bekah thought it was a lot of fun to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with some of their friends.
