Spooky Saturday at the Museum

We tested out our costumes this last weekend at the Museum's Spooky Saturday event. We have a princess, a superhero, and a tiger this year. I'm glad we had a test run because our costumes need some adjustments.

The children touched human body parts (a.k.a. covered vegetables.)

Ryan let us know he does not care for his hood.

We visited a wizard in his tower.

Bekah spotted "Harry Potter's" owl.

Ryan tried to touch the wizard hats hanging from the ceiling.

Benjamin and Bekah made wands and wizard hats.

Benjamin wanted Thor's blond curls painted on his face to enhance his costume.

Bekah was more traditional and had a pretty butterfly painted on her face.

Benjamin held up the world with one finger at the end of our scavenger hunt to rescue Rex's pumpkin from the wizard's spell.

Our little tiger crawled and walked (with the help of two fingers from Mom or Dad) around the whole time.
