Turning One

One year ago this week, we added Ryan to our family. We had a small celebration this week with just our immediate family, the way we prefer to do first birthdays.

Look, Mom, I'm going to share with the dog.

We had a hard time getting him to open presents. I guess with all of the boxes and bags around my house while we finish the basement, his presents weren't as novel as they would be otherwise.
