Whole Wheat Pasta

I am constantly looking for little ways to improve our diet. This week I wanted to make lasagna but we were out of noodles and while at the store I compared the price of whole wheat noodles to enriched noodles. The price difference was about $0.50 so I took a chance. Our meal was much more satisfying and enjoyable. We didn't even notice any difference in the way it tasted. I will definitely be looking into buying whole wheat pasta more frequently.
